Description
The Field Service Engineer provides contractual product and application support, on-site field service, troubleshooting, site surveys, audits, installation support, and training for existing products and services. The role coordinates replacement parts, monitors external subcontractors, prepares technical reports, and supports district sales and Key Account Managers. It requires a technical degree or equivalent education, industry experience, knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems, and travel to Jurong Island; company cars are provided.
