Description
The Technical Engineer II - Retail Infrastructure supports the deployment, administration, maintenance, and optimization of endpoint technologies and infrastructure solutions across Staples retail locations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity; administering Windows environments and endpoint management platforms; developing automation and documentation; and collaborating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, store operations, vendors, and business partners. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of enterprise endpoint or IT operations experience, and knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, application deployment, PowerShell, networking, and endpoint management technologies.
