Description
The Technical Engineer II - Retail Infrastructure supports the deployment, administration, maintenance, and optimization of endpoint technologies and infrastructure solutions across Staples retail locations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity; administering Windows environments and endpoint management platforms; supporting application deployment and automation; and collaborating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, store operations, vendors, and business partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of enterprise endpoint or IT operations experience, and knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and scripting.
