Description
The Digital Services Engineer designs and implements digital services, translates business requirements into technical solutions, integrates services with existing platforms and third-party applications, and monitors performance, scalability, security, continuity, and availability. The role collaborates with stakeholders, product and service owners, and cross-functional teams; documents technical processes; provides training; and resolves complex issues. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field, hands-on digital service creation and management experience, and relevant professional certifications such as CSM or ITIL Foundation are required.
