Green Thumb Industries is hiring a Technical Engineer - Packaging to design, develop, validate, and implement packaging and packaging automation solutions across its manufacturing facilities. The role covers equipment selection, troubleshooting, automation integration, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, technical transfer, maintenance support, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with Brand, Product Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance. Candidates need at least four years of packaging or technical engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, regulated-consumer-goods manufacturing experience, and hands-on experience with automated packaging equipment. The position requires travel to manufacturing sites, with priority locations in Chicago, the Mid-Atlantic region, or near a manufacturing facility and hub airport.
