Rubrik is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team from its Palo Alto office. The role focuses on setting the roadmap and vision, removing delivery obstacles, driving product value and engineering excellence, enabling self-organizing teams, and developing employees through coaching and mentoring. The position requires deep technical expertise, preferably in SaaS enterprise software, distributed systems, file systems, and cloud infrastructure, along with experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. The base salary range is $218,300 to $327,500 USD, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
