SGS is hiring a Technical / Engineering Manager based in New Plymouth to lead technical project execution from tendering through closeout for its ECL business. The role supports the Business Manager with tendering, client engagement, and new opportunities while overseeing project governance, technical standards, budgets, commercial performance, procurement, proposals, client and supplier negotiations, and project execution professionals. Candidates need an engineering or associated technical qualification, practical engineering experience, industrial automation and control-systems expertise, functional safety certification or equivalent, project management qualifications, complex project management experience, and an unrestricted driver’s license.
