The role configures Oracle Fusion Applications, fulfills reporting requirements across CRM, ERP, HRM, and related modules, assists with legacy-system data migration, develops APEX/VBCS customizations, conducts unit, integration, and performance testing, prepares technical documentation, and ensures security and data-compliance standards. It also involves stakeholder management, client and contractor relations, conflict resolution, and collaboration with functional consultants and other stakeholders. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant domain is required, while Oracle Fusion technical certification is preferred.
