Mastercard is hiring a Technical Experience Lead (L7) to lead the architecture, prototyping, engineering, deployment, and global rollout of immersive customer-facing experiences across its Experience Centre network. The role covers agentic AI, mixed reality, AR/VR, holographic and spatial computing experiences, production systems, IoT environments, Unreal Engine, Unity, and other emerging technologies, while establishing reusable technical frameworks and partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
