Required Previous Experiences: over 20 years of relevant experience in the loads domain within the aerospace industry
more than 10 years of experience leading a team of engineers working on loads assessments, from planning and execution to risk management and project delivery
Preferred Qualifications: strong organizational skills for planning work activities and tracking task execution within budget and schedule constraints
sound judgment to optimize work scope and define the appropriate quality level
good understanding of FAR 25 certification requirements. A strong working relationship with Canadian, European, and U.S. certification authorities is an asset
solid experience in static and dynamic aeroelastic loads analysis
strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work under pressure
excellent interpersonal skills
