The role covers global customer inquiries, technical specifications, export documentation, procurement, order fulfillment, spare-parts and follow-on supply, Letters of Credit, claims, market monitoring, and related reporting. It requires commercial vocational training, extensive commercial or technical experience, strong English, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work with international customers and partners.
