The role maintains utility systems, supports semiconductor-production-gas media supply, restores operations after malfunctions, optimizes equipment and workflows, creates maintenance plans, monitors external service providers, ensures compliance, and supports new-system planning. Applicants need a technical or trade apprenticeship in mechanical utility and installation technology, professional repair, installation, or system-construction experience, on-call availability, analytical and teamwork skills, IT proficiency, and German and basic English language skills.
