Apt Resources is hiring a Facilities Manager / Facility Management Manager for a client in Angola to oversee facilities operations across a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The role manages MEP maintenance, building systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, contractors and vendors, service standards, BMS support, reporting, upgrades, repairs, and cost and service improvements. The position pays USD 4,000 per month and provides free accommodation and transportation.
