Description
The Technical Facilities Manager will oversee the reliable operation of building-related installations at client sites in Rotterdam, coordinating electrical and mechanical maintenance, resolving breakdowns, preparing and monitoring maintenance schedules, and supervising smaller projects. The role serves as the technical point of contact for clients, technicians, and subcontractors, while advising on installation replacement, sustainability, and improvements. It requires technical education at MBO 4 level, relevant installation or facilities management experience, knowledge of building installations, strong organizational and communication skills, regular site presence, and a category B driving license. The position offers a gross monthly salary of approximately €4,300 to €5,800, a company car, pension, vacation days, and training opportunities.
