Description
The Technical Facility Coordinator will standardize HVAC maintenance contracts, prepare facility maintenance plans, manage a central charging infrastructure database, and maintain building management system records and inspections. The role is based at the head office in Bruges, requires immediate full-time availability for a project lasting up to six months, and involves occasional trips to locations throughout Belgium. The position requires HVAC, control systems, and electricity knowledge, strong analytical and process skills, fluent Dutch, basic French, and the ability to work independently.
