Description
The Technical Facility Manager will support the smooth operation of Cureus care properties in Hamburg-Ottensen, coordinating with construction, project management, operators, and building technicians. Responsibilities include technical maintenance and repair, obtaining and awarding service contracts, invoicing, statutory safety inspections, processing defects and warranty cases, and maintaining property information in ix-Haus. The role requires technical or real-estate training, prior technical facility management experience, building-services knowledge, MS Office skills, and strong communication; it is preferably full-time, ideally starting immediately, and offers flexitime, mobile work, and other employee benefits.
