Description
The Technical Facility Manager serves as the tactical lead and strategic infrastructure partner for a fully automated Fulfillment Center in Oberhausen. The role independently manages technical and operational readiness, the facility management budget, ticket analysis, preventive maintenance, statutory inspections, regional service providers, SLAs, warranty claims, stakeholder communication, and data-driven CAPEX/OPEX business cases. The position requires a technical degree, 2–5 years of relevant experience, fluent German and English, a Class B driver’s license, and expertise in building services engineering, industrial refrigeration, and fire protection. The annual gross salary is €55,000–€61,000.
