Description
abra is hiring a full-time Technical Field Representative based in Ness Ziona, working Sunday–Thursday. The role troubleshoots and resolves mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues; provides real-time technical support at customer and installation sites; documents faults and recommendations; collaborates with R&D, Production, and Engineering; trains customers and maintenance personnel; and participates in system installation, maintenance, and upgrades. The position requires field experience with complex technical systems, hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, or integrated systems, customer-facing experience, knowledge of motors, sensors, motion systems, and control systems, and very good English communication skills. Frequent travel in Israel and abroad is required.
