Description

Varex Imaging Corporation, the world's largest independent provider of medical X-ray tubes and imaging solutions, is seeking a Technical Field Service Engineer for the Middle East region. The role involves providing customer support, performing on-site installations, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment. The engineer will also maintain technical documentation, assist in developing new servicing techniques, and collaborate with the European Field Service Team.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Professional experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, testing equipment.
Professional technical experience with micro-computers/PC-based systems.
Ability to identify and repair complex software and network problems.
Proficient at diagnosing and solving complex mechanical problems, including simple vacuum leaks.
Sound computer usage and debugging skills.
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software like Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications: Customer-focused attitude and previous experience in customer relations.
Skilled in interpersonal communication.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Openness to work in a global team and frequent travel.
