Description
PaperTech is hiring a full-time Technical Field Support Representative to serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, engineering, and other internal teams for pressed paperboard packaging solutions. The role provides hands-on field support, leads customer trials, troubleshoots tray-filling and sealing issues, supports production start-ups, prepares technical reports, trains sales representatives, and collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Frequent travel throughout the United States and Canada is required, along with regular customer-site and trade-show travel.
