SSW Premier, LLC is hiring a Technical Finishing Engineer to lead and optimize powder coating, surface pre‑treatment, wastewater treatment, quality systems, and environmental compliance for HVAC component manufacturing. The role partners with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams, leads or supports coating and pre‑treatment technicians, develops process controls and continuous-improvement initiatives, and provides training and technical support for equipment and capital projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience and 3–7 years of industrial finishing or coating operations experience.
