Vivaldis is hiring a Foreman for its Accessory department in Kallo. The role combines operational leadership with hands-on automotive-mechanics support, including assigning tasks, coaching team members, monitoring safety and quality, answering technical questions, managing the mailbox, ordering consumables, and producing reports in Excel and Word. Candidates need an A3 in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent experience, strong Dutch and English communication, a category B driving licence, and flexibility for a 38-hour day-shift schedule, two shifts, or Saturdays.
