Lesaffre is hiring a Technical Formulation Expert to serve as a liaison between customers, regional teams, and internal R&D, while troubleshooting formulation and analytical challenges, developing and optimizing dietary supplement formulations, supporting scale-up and manufacturing, and creating technical documentation. The role requires an advanced degree in a relevant scientific field, at least five years of nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical experience, five years of B2B customer-facing experience, and hands-on expertise in formulation, scale-up, GMP, and analytical testing.
