Description
The Technical Founders Associate (Intern) will work at the intersection of customers and engineering for a GPU cloud platform used by ML engineers across Europe. The role involves conducting user interviews, synthesizing customer feedback, defining and prioritizing features, writing specifications and acceptance criteria, coordinating feature launches across engineering, GTM, and support, analyzing product usage data, and contributing to product decisions. Candidates should be pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field, have curiosity about developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML, strong communication and analytical skills, and a bias toward action; prior product, engineering, or startup experience is a plus.
