Fyld is hiring a Technical Functional Analyst to bridge business requirements and software development. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements; working with system integrations, APIs, relational databases, JSON, XML, and CSV; collaborating with software development, QA, and infrastructure teams; producing documentation in Jira or Confluence; supporting functional, integration, and user acceptance testing; and applying Agile methodologies. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, prior experience in a similar role, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and English fluency are required.
