The role involves analyzing functional and technical requirements, bridging business and technical teams, contributing to data analysis and BI, participating in Agile ceremonies, and handling configuration, testing, and tool setup without performing pure development. Candidates need at least five years of experience in a technical-functional or business analyst role, including proven experience with a telephony or call-center solution such as Odigo, Genesys, or an equivalent.
