Cat Daddy is hiring a Technical Designer to design, prototype, and ship features for free-to-play mobile games, working between design and engineering. The role owns features from pitch through live tuning, writes executable specifications, builds and refines agentic workflows, prototypes in Unity, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on gameplay, balance, monetization, and live-service systems. Candidates should have at least five years of game design experience focused on free-to-play mobile games, a related bachelor's degree or comparable experience, strong agentic-tooling and Unity production experience, and expert knowledge of mobile game markets and development pipelines. The position is in-office in Kirkland, Washington, requires onsite work four days per week, and offers a starting annual salary of $88,700 to $131,300, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.
