Crosby is hiring a Technical Generalist to build and ship features across frontend, backend, and AI systems; own end-to-end problems from concept through production; improve and scale systems; and collaborate with engineering, product, design, and legal teams. The role seeks strong engineers with at least four years of experience building production systems, strong technical fundamentals, adaptability, ownership, and clear communication.
