GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. is hiring a Technical Graphics Technician to support engineering design teams in Chicago and Oak Brook, Illinois. The role prepares plan sets, volume calculations, contour plans, cross sections, subsurface profiles, site grading, documentation, and data analysis; uses CAD and ESRI software; and exports georeferenced files for clients. The position requires an associate degree or higher in Engineering Design or a technical/vocational certification, at least five years of experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ESRI, a valid driver’s license, and availability for some evenings and weekends. The base salary is $60,000 to $72,000, with medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K retirement plan.
