Description

NoGood is seeking a Technical Growth Operations Manager to join their Growth Systems & Engineering team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows using n8n and native platform automations, integrating disparate tools via APIs and webhooks, and creating automated reporting pipelines. The manager will also identify and reduce manual operational tasks, write lightweight Python or JavaScript scripts when needed, and enforce time tracking compliance and platform security.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in end-to-end automated workflows using n8n and native platform automations.
Experience with webhook-based integrations and REST API connections between SaaS platforms.
Experience in automated reporting pipelines that surface project health, time tracking gaps, and team utilization.
Ability to write lightweight Python or JavaScript scripts when no-code tools are insufficient.
Comfortability working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment requiring process-building and execution.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud data warehouses or BI/reporting tools like BigQuery or Looker Studio.
Familiarity with Slack API or Google Workspace APIs.
Experience with Claude API, OpenAI API, or LLM-integrated automation patterns.
