Sphere is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and improve the internal systems powering its go-to-market function. The role combines growth operations, CRM, outbound, paid acquisition, SEO/GEO, and future growth-channel infrastructure, with responsibilities including identifying fragmented workflows, automating processes, building a cohesive growth operating system, and supporting localization across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
