GELO Holzwerke is hiring a Technical Head of Electrical Engineering to lead and develop its electrical engineering team, ensure production-plant availability, plan maintenance and investment projects, rectify technical faults, develop automation and control technology, and coordinate external service providers with Production and Maintenance. The role requires an electrical engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of industrial maintenance or automation experience, leadership experience, PLC and control technology knowledge, shift and on-call readiness, and strong technical and communication skills.
