Avature is hiring a Customer Solution Manager Associate to support account managers in maintaining customer relationships and configuring customized enterprise SaaS solutions. The role manages assignments from case creation through resolution, moves configurations from test to production, creates reports, and runs QA tests. Candidates must be fluent in English and German, have strong analytical and communication skills, be comfortable using AI tools, and preferably have advanced education.
