The role involves communicating technical requirements, leading FTK implementations, troubleshooting product components, addressing customer issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and developing documentation and scripted solutions. The position requires a technical background in enterprise software implementation or support, strong troubleshooting and project-management skills, database and Windows Server expertise, networking knowledge, scripting experience, and API integration experience.
