Description
The Technical Implementation Engineer — Customer Solutions & Integrations will own technical onboarding, data ingestion, and custom API integrations for customer implementations on the ETM/VMDR platform. The role involves building CSV and bulk data pipelines, connecting Qualys and third-party security and ITSM systems, troubleshooting live integrations, automating repetitive implementation work with AI agents and scripting, and producing runbooks and configuration documentation. It requires programming, REST API, structured-data, ticketing-platform, and AI-agent skills, with relocation to Pune and possible night shifts.
