Description
The Technical Implementation Lead will deliver Vew implementations for new customers, acting as the primary technical contact and leading discovery, integrations, technical decisions, testing, cutover, go-live and early-life support. The role coordinates customers and internal teams including Solution Architecture, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data Migration and Product, while managing technical risks, documentation and stakeholder expectations. It requires at least five years of experience delivering complex B2B or enterprise SaaS implementations, strong API and integration knowledge, and experience with authentication, security, cloud environments and customer-facing technical workstreams.
