Aptaero is hiring a Technical Implementation Manager in Schaumburg, Illinois, for a full-time hybrid role with occasional travel. The individual contributor will own customer implementations from sales handoff through go-live, post-launch support, and transition to Support and Account Management, while also managing project plans, timelines, customer communication, requirements, testing, training, data imports, and coordination with Sales, Product, and Development. The role requires 3 to 6 years of B2B software implementation experience, strong configuration and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to write clear requirements; a bachelor's degree is not required. Compensation is a base salary of $90,000 to $115,000 plus a performance bonus, with health and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and job-protected leave.
