The Technical Implementation Manager owns the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations, serving as a solutions expert, technical configurator, and implementation lead. The role covers discovery, solution design, system configuration, API and data-integration architecture, technical proposals and documentation, validation and QA, training, stakeholder coordination, and post-go-live remediation. Candidates need at least two years of technical or solutions consulting experience, strong systems and integration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs while communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
