Description
Knox is hiring a Technical Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of Federal customers into its FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment. The role coordinates Engineering, SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance teams; manages compliance-aware project plans and risks; supports customer technical and operational readiness; and ensures integration with monitoring, alerting, incident response, and steady-state operations. Candidates need at least three years of experience in regulated technical implementations, FedRAMP or government cloud onboarding experience, cloud platform knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The role is primarily in-person in Arlington, Virginia, with hybrid flexibility, and offers a $130,000–$155,000 annual base salary plus variable bonus and equity.
