Description
Northbeam is hiring a Technical Implementation Specialist to own the hands-on onboarding and technical setup of new customers. The role leads implementations from kickoff through go-live, configures product settings and workflows, handles API integrations and data migration, troubleshoots setup issues, manages timelines and customer expectations, and collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, at least two years of SaaS implementation experience, and two years of solutions engineering and technical onboarding experience. The position is remote-friendly, with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and offers a base salary of $140,000–$165,000 USD plus equity, healthcare, retirement, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and a work-from-home stipend.
