Description
The Technical/Industrialization Manager will integrate technical product engineering into industrial facilities, diagnose and resolve production problems, monitor intervention costs, coordinate with client and quality and production departments, organize process audits, and implement Lean and 5S in the workshop. The role requires a master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of plastics-processing experience, team-management ability, knowledge of ABBB and/or six-axis robot languages, and proactive communication skills. The position is full-time and based in Mouscron.
