Amazon is hiring a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own and execute cross-functional projects that improve hardware reliability across a global fleet of printers, scanners, and peripherals. The role uses device telemetry, root cause analysis, pilots, and process-improvement methodologies to eliminate defects, reduce support and maintenance burdens, harden configurations, and scale fixes across more than 1,000 sites. Responsibilities include project planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, testing and deployment, KPI tracking, documentation, and communication with senior leadership and external technology providers. The role may require up to 33% travel and is based in Nashville, Tennessee, with a base salary of 120,700 to 163,300 USD annually.
