Amazon Web Services is hiring a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of data center expansion projects in the EMEA region, from site due diligence and design through construction and handover to operations. The role manages internal and external stakeholders, delivery programs, budgets, risks, capacity planning, and continuous process improvement, with up to 25% travel within EMEA. Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least three years of leading IT project delivery with external customers or equivalent experience; PMP, industry-vertical, ITIL, and Prince2 experience are preferred.
