Amazon Web Services is hiring a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the end-to-end delivery of European data center expansion projects, from site assessment and design through construction and handover to operations. The role manages internal and external stakeholders, delivery programs, budgets, risks, capacity planning, and process improvement across EMEA, with up to 25% travel within the region. Candidates need program or project management experience, capital or physical infrastructure experience, data center or critical infrastructure experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline; French fluency, PMP certification, and experience leading complex infrastructure programs are preferred.
