The employer is hiring a full-time Technical Sales Representative / Inside Sales Manager for its Electrical Engineering department at the Waldenburg site. The role manages and develops existing customers in the DACH region, handles technical inquiries, prepares technical quotations, coordinates with internal departments, follows up on quotations, manages complaints, and supports factory acceptance tests and customer visits. Candidates need electrical engineering vocational training, at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong German and English skills, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Salesforce knowledge are advantageous. The position offers a permanent contract, a 40-hour workweek, flexible hours, up to two remote work days after probation, a 13th salary, and structured onboarding.
