Description
Lam Research is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver the Manufacturing Academy core curriculum to its manufacturing team through instructor-led classroom instruction, hands-on training, coaching, and curriculum iteration. The role involves measuring student progress, gathering training KPIs, partnering with manufacturing stakeholders to improve safety, quality, and equipment skills, and collaborating with instructional designers and subject-matter experts. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant instructor-led technical training experience, manufacturing experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and experience with Microsoft applications; e-learning tools and training-assessment experience are preferred. The role may be performed under an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
