Description
The role provides classroom, in-person, in-lab, and online training to semiconductor new hires, manages up to three cohorts, conducts practicals and assessments, coordinates scheduling with technical training and TPM teams, delivers tailored one-on-one training, tracks performance, and learns advanced lab tools. The position requires strong technical communication, independent scheduling, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively; semiconductor, dielectric, and mentoring experience are preferred. Work locations may be on-site flex or virtual flex.
