Description
The Automotive Training and Development Consultant will analyze, research, develop, and deliver manufacturing and technical launch training for OEM vehicle assembly plants in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The role provides on-site training and support, instructs plant personnel on vehicle systems and diagnostics, conducts root-cause analysis, develops training materials, supports plant launches, and coordinates with engineering, suppliers, and vendors. It requires at least four years of relevant automotive training or manufacturing experience, an associate's degree or certificate in automotive technology, engineering, or a related discipline, ASE certifications, and extensive travel of up to 75%.
