Description
The Workday Integrations leadership role advises on and leads the design, delivery, optimization, and global standardization of Workday integration solutions for Mars’ People and Organization strategy. The role partners with HR, Finance, business segments, and application owners; defines integration architecture and global technology standards; develops and deploys Workday capabilities such as Orchestration and Extend; reduces portfolio complexity and total cost of ownership; and manages a global team of associates and contractors through design, development, testing, and deployment.
