Description
Simpson Gumpertz & Heger is seeking current students for a Summer 2027 internship at its Orange County or San Diego, California office. The internship provides hands-on experience in structural engineering, including analytical modeling, structural analysis and design, project deliverables, field reconnaissance, and digital tool development. Applicants must be available for full-time work and have an interest in civil or structural engineering, materials science, architecture, or architectural engineering. The internship pays $29.25–$32.50 per hour for undergraduate students, $33.75–$34.75 per hour for graduate students, and $36.75 per hour for PhD students, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Technical Interns.
